Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
i have been with a company for 4 years when i first started with the company they held back one week before i was paid now 4 years later out of the blue without warning they told me that to save the company money they will not be paying us for 4 weeks i get paid every other week, my last check they want me to live on was for 311.00 for 2 weeks,can they do this without warning to prepare?can they out of the blue hold back your check that wont see until you quit or get fired? can they legally do this?
