No compensation for additional work
I work as a photographer and have been compensated on a per photo basis since being hired over seven years ago.
We were recently informed we must now take multiple photos of the same subject (as opposed to one) beginning immediatly,with no prior notice. We have been informed there will be no compensation for the additional photos.
The company has basically told us its good for business so ''take it or leave it.
Do I have any legal recourse?

If you have previously been paid as a "piece rate" employee, the terms of your payment depend upon what you negotiated with your employer. However, if, for example, you work more than 40 hours in any week and are not paid overtime compensation for all of the overtime hours you work, you may be entitled to additional compensation.
