Constructive Termination

I feel that I was forced to resign from a position in the Palm Beach County School District, and now I am having great difficulty with re-employment. What is my recourse, if any?

You do not say why you were forced to resign or provide any facts surrounding the matter and without more information it is impossible to speculate on legal recourse, if any, you might have. That said, it would not be illegal for an ex-employer to provide a "bad" reference, it would only be improper for them to provide a false reference.
