If a consumer files a complaint with a retail store management over a disagreement with a pricing issue with an employee accusing the employee of arguing with them and that complaint results in the termination of the employee, can the consumer be named as a defendant in a wrongful termination lawsuit?

They can be "named" but I see no valid suit there.
