Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Co-worker odor
I was recently hired at a government agency. I often share cubicle/space/furniture with someone who has extremely offensive body odor similar to a person who has not bathed in a month or so. I have almost vomited and continually have to spray the area with disinfectant. I have complained to my supervisor and to this person's supervisor to no avail. Apparently this problem has been ongoing for twenty years! Of course I don't want to hurt her feelings or be the ''bad guy.'' Please advise how to handle.

Re: Co-worker odor
It sounds like a difficult situation but there are no legal alternatives really. I think continiing to apprise your supervisors of the situation is your best recourse.
