Deductions from paycheck
Is it legal for a company to deduct from my paycheck for the payment of a company vehicle, the insurance for that vehicle, and a business cell phone, which they then use as a tax write-off?

What you describe is legal as long as the deductions do not result in you earning less than minimum wage.
