Demotion with no paper work
Can a company demote me without ever telling me I was not doing the job correctly or any reprimands or warnings were ever issued? Also, can I be able to get unemployement if I do not accept this unfairly demotion?

Yes. They can demote you unless your contract prevents that. If you do not accept the demotion it may be construed that you have voluntarily resigned as opposed to having been fired. If the demotion is severe enough, though, perhaps the law would view it as an effective firing. depends on the specific facts.
