Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
my ex it director left by feb,2010 and i contacted him for a job with the new company and he asked me to email him my resume which i did and after a week i received a call to interview with the company after that I received a phone call with an offer and i accepted then an email was sent to me with all information asking me for the signature to accept the job. i gave my two weeks notice my old job found out that I was going to where my ex director is working and at the moment my job is on hold due to they saying that my ex boss solicited me. Please advised my rights and what can i do?

You probably need to speak to an attorney ASAP. Sounds like your ex boss had some sort of non-compete or non solicitation agreement with his old employer that they are now trying to enforce. Feel free to call my office for a consultation on this matter.
