Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Disclosing Personal Information

An Executive with my company (Target Corporation) has disclosed personal legal information about me to hourly employees. I realize that the info disclosed is a matter of public record, however, this was not the way the employees obtained it. Do I have any legal recourse?
