Discrimation
I like to hav information about Discrimination at work, I'm hispanic and working for this company as an Administrative Assistant from the begining of the company with the new station here in Fort Myers, they hired somebody else to do my job sending her to training, giving her a better rate of pay and I was asked to continue working but in a different position as a cabin service cleaning aircraft. I like to know why they don't gave me the opportunity to continue working in my same position and why they don't gave me the right training, when I asked for they told me ''NO'' because I was doing a good job and I knew how to do it. I feel like they don't want me there just because I'm hispanic and they only hire caucasians to have better positions.
