Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
If a document was signed stating an employee stole merchandise from a store, but it was only due to a medical condition that deals with the mental disabilities that are associated with this illness and that employee fought to keep their job contacting recorces within that job for advice and information as well, even after they relized what had happened. Then to find out that they were fired with out any warning after being told that they were just suspened until notified. could I possibly have a fair case

You have no case. Employment in Florida is "at will." This means that they can fire you at any time, for any reason.
