drug free workplace modification
We have a drug free workplace program which currently utilizes pre-employment, post accident and reasonable suspicion. We want to begin random drug testing which currently is not utilized. Are there any notice requirements or other concerns we may want to consider prior to implementing the change?

In the private sector, unless you are in a regulated industry, such as one covered by the Dept of Transportation, there are very few limitations (if any) upon an empolyer drug testing its employees.
