Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I am due to take a military leave from my job this coming september. I recently found out I have unused pto time and was wanting to use it before it expires and before I leave to spend time with my family. My manager denied my requested days and stated other employees wereinstructed to take their time off because im leaving. This puts me inthe situation where I cannot take time off but everyone else can. Is this fair? Is this fair?

Unfair and may even be a violation of certain rights afforded to military people. What is there policy if you leave and you have not used it, can you just get paid for your unused PTO?
