Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

please help

I e-mailed you a few weeks ago about a law my employer had given to all his employees. It pertains to reducing your wages back to minimum after you quit. You had said that it is not legal, well when I approached him about paying minimum wage after three years of making 8.00 hr he said it was in the law statutes. I have tried to locate it, but have had no luck. Can you please help me locate it or advise me that there is no such law in florida or federal.

Thank you

Gina

Re: please help

No, there is no such law--your employer is providing false information. The only recource you have is to hire a lawyer (unfortunately).
