Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I have been emotionally harassed and bullied in my workplace by my supervisor who is constantly singling me out for any thing I do. Now I have been terminated by her (I believe unjustly so) and am wondering if I have any recourse in the judicial system. I worked for a Large Health Company.

The fact that your boss was a bully or harassed you does not necessarily mean you have a legal claim for being fired. However, if your treatment was based upon your race, sex, pregnancy, religion, because you claimed illegal activity, etc, then maybe you have a claim.
