Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Employed in FL, as the COO of a small company. I had an compensation plan that included a bonus tied to YOY Profit growth. I just found out that I am going to be terminated. Although we had a stellar year, and there was no stipulation in my comp contract tying me to finish out the CY, my employer is refusing to pay my bonus. Are they legally bound to pay?
