Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I was employed for Helping Hands Medical for 3 weeks, my employer was paying me commision on each sale i made...she owes me 315.00 and has only paid me 45.00 and i cant get the rest from her how can i get my money from her...i am a single mother and need this money for my rent or i will be evicted! please help...kimberley malcolm

You could hire a lawyer to write a letter or file a small claims lawsuit. Under Florida law they would have to pay your lawyers fees. You could also try going to the U.S. Department of Labor or see whether your county has a wage theft ordinance.
