Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Employee Leave Time caps on amounts earned
Is it legal to pro-rate caps on the amount of annual leave employees can earn? For example, a 40-hour employee can accumulate up to 240 hours of leave, but a 20-hour employee can accumulate up to 120 hours. Is this okay?
Thanks.

Re: Employee Leave Time caps on amounts earned
Because there is no law that governs this issue, employers can do as they wish.
