can an employee legally work over 40 hours in florida under his corporation and be paid straight without employment tax deductions?

If you are an hourly non exempt employee, you are supposed to be paid time and 1/2 for all hour worked over 40 in a given week. in order to further evaluate your claims would need to speak with you further about it. Feel free to call or email to discuss further.
