Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
What can an employee do when they haven't been paid commission for a sale that was three months ago, haven't been paid several weeks of their salary, and their insurance was dropped (without their notification) causing medical expenses to be owed by the employee? This situation now creates a "pre-existing condition" problem based on the insurance being dropped while undergoing treatments. What can be done in Florida? Thank you!
