Employee Payroll Deduction

In the state of Florida, is it required that an Employer take out SUI from person's paycheck, or is this optional.

In Florida, employers pay unemployment as a taxed percentage but employees do not. This is unlike FICA where there are deductions from your paycheck which are also then matched separately by your employer.
