Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

i am an employee at popeyes chicken and about to be laid off i was hired on 11/11/09 and sunday 11/29/09 is the last day i will be working here i need to now what to do since they did not give any warning to this untill yesturday 11/27/09

They do not have to give you any warning. I don't know your employment history, but unemployment compensation may be an option. Of course, you immediately start looking for a new job.
