Employee will not pay for work done

Did not get paid for work done contractor refuse to pay and i have bills to pay and was looking for my money on 1 jun 07, i was told i will get on tues or wed this week still not paid.

Re: Employee will not pay for work done

Send them a letter certified mail and give them 10 days to make the payment from receipt. If you still havent been paid, you can file a small claims case on your own if youre owed under $5K or you should contact an attorney to further evaluate your options.
