Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Employement

Is it legal for an employer to hold you to a production standard. When they have made it impossible to meet that standard. By removing all aids and priceing so high that there is no way to sell the program. They have told us we will be getting new programs sometime in the future no time frame forbid us to mail out letters and we can't call because our number comes up blocked and that is not legal when you are soliciting. Me and my fellow emloyees are looking at loseing our jobs and we can't get any answers. WE work for one of the largest banks in the world and feel they are simply giving us a no win situation.

Re: Employement

Employers in Florida are free to establish goals/standards without any outside regulation, but the law does have requirements for how employees must be compensated for their hours worked. If you believe you are owed unpaid wages or have other potential causes of action, you should contact an attorney promptly to determine what your rights are.
