Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

employer adjusting time worked

my employer told us we needed to be at work 15 minutes for the time on our schedule, or else we would be considered late. so i and others clocked in and began work at the 15 minutes earlier time, now they have adjusted everyone's time to the time they were scheduled to work. Can they do that?
