Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
My employer closed my position after FMLA expired. I was injured at work but they denied my case forcing me to sue but said when the doctor released me I could come back. I have apied to return 25 times and never get an interview instead they say on the reply "not for consideration Is that legal?
