can my employer dock my pay for a overweight truck (that I did not load) that was ticketed for being overweight, I was told to drive by the crew leader? It was a weigh station ticket for 545.00 and they are deducting from my weekly pay check?

it depends on what your agreement with your employer states. Under Florida law, the driver is responsible for the weight of the vehicle.
