Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
my employer fired me when i ask why he said that he had to many employes after he hired two new people i was seasonal but i mored than proved my self to be productive in every way he never wrote me up for enything.... am aplying for the same store just new location i have friends that work there and tell me he has been bad mouthing my name iv aplied for other jobs and one of them called me to a second interview just to tell me that my last employee wold not hire me for confidantial reasons can i report?
