Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

PLEASE HELP!! Is my employer harrassing me?? Been front desk clerk since Mar 2008; new GM May 2009...past week has been putting in log book simple mistakes like not initialing a reg card but fixing other employess same mistakes and not logging it!! Another employee left a note for him to call her at 9am...his reply for all to see "For sure my highness I will call you till you reply my-amy". Another answer " I will call you for sure my-amy. I am at your service dear babby"! I do not flirt and need my job but he is making me miserable!! He has "pushed" 3 others to quit by decreasing their hours or by stressing them out by saying they are "not performing" and constantly harrassed them!! What can I do??

It does not sound like harrassment to me. Either start looking for another job or you can try to work things out with your boss..
