Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Employer only pays portion of my work mileage

My job requires a great deal of driving. I am a district manager and am required to drive great distances between stores every day. My employer only pays part of my mileage even though they know I must drive further. They said if I pay for my own company car, they will cover all mileage, but I have to pay for the car. Is any of this legal?
