Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I believe my employer is trying to get me to quit to my job because I have complained repeatedly about management. I have spoken with our HR department repeatedly and have been blamed for the issues stating nobody substantiated my claims. I know that to be a lie. They are allowing the manager who I've complained against to retaliate repeatedly. Not only that but they allowed a member of HR to retaliate as well.

Is there anything I can do? What are my rights in this situation?

You might stop complaining about management.

I see no facts in your post that indictate illegal retaliation.

What have you been complaining about the manager? Was i sexual harassment or some type of discrimination? If that is the case and you complained and HR has done nothing about it, you may want to file a complaint the the EEOC or consult with a lawyer lawyer about these issues. For more information on your employee rights or how to file an EEOC charge, check out my employee rights blog www.takethisjobnshoveitlblog.com or my website www.behrenlaw.com.
