Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
My former employer has both refused to pay me for my last wages due and has lied about contributing to my 401k plan on my W2 for 2012. I have asked the Department of Labor to step in and they have tried to call the company and sent a letter with no results. Any other suggestions to obtain the wages and 401k finds?
