employer refuses to pay wages due

I have been working for a company for 3 months they still have not paid me telling me i will be paid tomorrow i kept hanging on they keep giving me one excuse after another of why they havent paid me what do i have to do to file somthing aginst them to get what is due to me.

Its not a great idea to continue working week after week if you aren't being paid. You can sue your employer in small claims court if its under $5,000.00, just fill out a "Statement of Claim," and pay the filing fee. These types of employers usually end up shorting employees and its difficult to get money where there is none there.
