Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Employer has taken me off the schedule for 2 weeks
what can you do if anything if your employer has taken you off the schedule for two weeks and hasnt said you were fired or layed off or anything? I haven't done anything or gotten written up for anything. What should I do.

Try to confirm with empoyer in writing if you still have a job. IF you dont hear from them, then tell them in writing you are going to assume that you have been fired. Look for new employment and file for unemployment online with State of Florida. Feel free to call or e-mail me if you have further questions.
