could my employer terminate me just because I informed my employer that I file an EEOC complaint against my former employer and has a pending race discrimination case against my prior employer?

Get the EEOC involved.
Write the Attorney General of Florida.
Write the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division.
