Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

My last employer which I haven't worked for since August 2011, never paid any of the employees including me, our final paychecks. They never respodened to us, we have emailed them, called them....and they had told us back in August 2011 we should have them soon. Here it is May 2012 and we still have not recieved anything and they will not speak to us. What can I or we do legally to get our money if anything, or at least get them in trouble for keeping about 16 employees final paychecks? Thanks.
