employers and health insurance
By law if you cannot afford health insurance increases and you find health insurance independently can the company you work for be forced to pay a percentage of your independent health insurance just as they did when you picked up a policy through them?

In most cases, if you choose not to participate in an employer sponsored health insurance plan, you have no claim on the money your employer would have spent on your insurance had you participated.
