Employer's Liability for Actions of Employee who is a Registered ''Sex Offender'

Is an employer subject to vicarious liability for the actions of an employee that causes damage to (harms or sexually harasses, or both) either

(1) another employee within same company; or

(2) an employer's client or guest

when said employee happens to be a registered sex offender.

What duty does a small-business owner have when hiring re: ''sex offenders''???

The label "Sex offender" has no significant legal meaning in terms of employment, especially in light of the Florida Supreme Court's decision recently finding that this registration process is unconstitutional.
