Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

My employment agreement I signed stated I would get salary plus commissions. Recently they decided to stop paying commissions (which is sure money) and began a bonus plan which is almost impossible to to reach. I have signed nothing agreeing to this change. Does this void out my original employment agreement and non-compete. I have a job opportunity with better pay, but it is within the specified distance in the non-complete

Would have to see the contact to see if they are required to continue to pay you commissions. However, if you go to other employer, they would likely have hard time enforceing your non-compete since they breached their terms of employment with you.
