Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I have an employment contract with my employer a real estate agent. It calls for either one of us to give two week notice and she did not. Am I entitled to that pay for those two weeks

Quite possibly. If you have an employment contract the best course of action would be for an attorney to review the agreement and determine if you have a viable claim.
