Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Employment Law
I was approached my a Dr. in the office next to our medical office, and he proceeds to tell me of an employee who was using ''colorful language'' and yelling over the telephone to her children. He said she was very loud. He made the comment that he was glad his last patient was gone for the day. I called the employee at home to discuss this with her. Is this legal to do? I am the owner of the practice and felt I had the right to let her know what the doctor next door had told me.
