is there a law concerning dual employment in the state of florida. i have worked for 1 job for 23 years and started with my 2nd job over a year ago. can my second job terminate me because they dont want me to work 2 jobs, even if it is not in there policy manual?

Yes. The employer can decide that they do not want to employ peopl that work in more than one job.
