During a meeting with my boss I was offered a promotion, wich I accepted. Towards the end of the conversation, a voice recorder in his pocket began to alert him with an alarm that the memory was full. he pulled it out of his shirt pocket quickley shut it off and tossed it into his attache case... Is it Legal to record our conversation without my knowledge or consent?
