Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
My former employment was terminiated because the owner of the company did nto pay rent for the complex and we got evicted. Now he has been ignoring my emails and phones in regards to getting my final paycheck. I worked for over 4 weeks for this man at home on my time and have several witnesses to state this. Do I have a good case against him for non payment of wages?

Yes, you have a right to be compensated for your work. Send a letter, certified mail return receipt requested, demanding what you believe you are owed. Threaten to take legal action if he does not send you a check within 5 business days.
