You need to describe the type of case (why is the discharge wrongful?) in order for me to figure out which statute of limitations applies. For example, is it sex discrimination? Breach of contract? Send me an email with the facts, and I'll let you know.

In general, you must file a charge of discimination within 300 days of the alleged discriminatory act, either with the EEOC or the county or state equivalent. However, some forms of discrimination don't require that you file a charge, but I cannot provide you with the relevant information unless you provide the specific facts of your situation.
