falsely acused and demoted

i work at a theatre in florida and was a supervisor. i was just demoted however because i was charged with harrasment because there was a rumor going around and someone pointed the finger at me and since they said i was the source i got demoted and charged with harrassment how can i reverse this and prove myself innocent?

You can only go through the company itself. The law cannot force it, unless what happenned violated some provision of your employment contract (you probably have nothing in writing, which favors greatly the employer).
