Favortism

This there law that states no favortism to be shown? I am a supervisor and another supervisor shares the same title as me is always getting special treatment. I work just as hard as she does if not more.

It is not illegal to have a favorite employee. And while it may be unethical, mean and unfair to give one employee special treatment, that is not illegal unless the special treatment is based on the person's race, religion, national origin, gender, age or disability status. Under those specific listed bases, special treatment would be illegal discrimination.
