I feel Threatened

I am currently out on FMLA/ Managaed Income Protection all was fine until my Manager started callng me at 6:30 am while I was on leave to let me know about things like I was getting a warning to sign when I came back , then one to tell me that I may not have a job * I have not used 12 weeks*I was a normal person before this job which presures me into doing things that are unethical with threat of losing job.Now I am seeing a shrink. What can I do to protect myself if I lose my Job. I work at a Major company so I am scared.

Re: I feel Threatened

although i would need to know more details in order to properly advise you, it does appear that you are being retaliated against while out on FMLA, and that is improper. Moreover, you are probably going to end up being a whistleblower.. if so, while you are still with the company, keep good records of what is going on that is illegal. Notify appropriate authorities or an attorney as appropriate. I could advise you on an interim basis until you locate counsel closer to your city; my fees are modest. what city or region are you located in? I am in Tallahassee.. my webpage is www.annecurtisterry.com
