Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
a female supervisor has been making sexual comments,such as calling people babe,baby etc making sexual contact such as touching people's butts and saying you know you like it and wearing VERY LOW cut shirts so when she bends over her breasts are exposed and almost falling out this behavior has been reported to the floor supervisor and the plant manager and they just turn their heads and sweep it under the rug and let the behavior continue is this a good sexual harassment case seeing how it has been reported and nothing has been done and the behavior continues?
