Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I have filled a sexual harassment suite with E.E.O.C.. E.E.O.C. has accepted the suite(complaint) there are several counts ,including retaliation. The question is ,Is there a certain guideline to fallow or a cap on the amount of monitary seltelment i can ask for in mediation.( what and how much money can i ask for in mediation)
